These are brand new from early 2000's.
The box have some marks and wear from storage, but the sets have not been used.
Due to storage and moving the set, the tea pot does have a very small chip right on the letter (R) also one the the small plates (saucer) it also has a very small chip right on the edge of the banded plate, the ribbon on box is a little dirty due to were it was storage, other than that it is in great condition and a beautiful set to display
